These terms govern your use of the Yenlio website and platform, provided by Nursery Room Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England & Wales (company number 11237964). By using Yenlio, you agree to these terms.

The service

Yenlio is a nursery management platform for early years settings, providing tools for attendance, learning journeys, parent communication, invoicing, document management, and related features. We provide the service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Accounts and eligibility

To use Yenlio you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Yenlio is intended for use by early years settings and their staff, not by children directly.

Your responsibilities as a setting

As a setting, you are the data controller for the children's data you hold in Yenlio. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data, for obtaining any necessary consents from parents and carers, and for using the platform in line with your obligations under the EYFS framework and data protection law. Our handling of that data is governed by our data processing terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Subscriptions and billing are managed through your account on the Yenlio website. Fees, billing periods, and trial terms are as set out at sign-up and on our pricing page. [Confirm trial length, renewal, and cancellation terms.] Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Yenlio for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other settings' data;

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is harmful or unlawful.

Availability

Intellectual property

Yenlio, including its software, design, and content, belongs to Nursery Room Ltd. The data you put into Yenlio remains yours. We claim no ownership over your setting's records.

Liability

Ending your use

You may cancel your subscription as described in your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, in line with our data processing terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
